The following Section outlines the Cancellation Policy of Green Interio, to be followed at all times and under all conditions
The orders once placed at www.GreenInterio.com can be cancelled under the following
I. The customer has placed an order and wishes to cancel it
1. Mode of Communication
- The customer can send cancellation request through My Account ( GreenInterio User Account )
- The Customer can send a message from the Contact Us page on the website
- The customer can intimate through email to service@GreenInterio.com with the Order ID and reason
2. Cancellation Process
- In case the Seller of the particular product has clearly mentioned that cancellations will not be accepted, the Order cannot be cancelled
- In case the Seller has mentioned explicitly about accepting Cancellations, appropriate actions as per the Seller Policy will be taken.
- In case the Seller has not mentioned anything explicitly and the Order has not been shipped at the time of receiving the Cancellation request, the cancellation will be accepted
3. Cancellation Charges
The amount for a Cancelled order will be refunded as follows
10% deducted as Cancellation Charges
+ 90% refunded to the account that was used to make the payment while placing the Order
4. Refund Processing
GreenInterio processes the refund of the Cancelled Order within 3-5 working days. After this, it can take upto 7-10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
II. In the rare event of the order being cancelled by GreenInterio due to non-availability of the product at the Seller or any such unforeseen circumstances, the full amount will be refunded to the customer
GreenInterio accepts the return of the following products depending on the conditions as per policy, mentioned ahead.
- Damaged Product(s)
- Wrong product(s) shipped by the Seller
- Product description not matching those on the website
